Everything you need to know about the Strong Start program and how we work.

How long is the Strong Start program?
The core program is 12 weeks long. However, many of our members choose to continue with our advanced modules after completing the initial phase.
Can I do this program from home?
Absolutely! We provide two versions of the program: one for the gym and one for home. The home version requires minimal equipment like resistance bands and a pair of dumbbells.
Is nutrition included in the program?
Yes, nutrition is a key pillar of Strong Start. You'll receive a personalized nutrition guide, meal plans, and a library of healthy recipes.
What if I have an injury?
We recommend consulting with your doctor first. Our coaches can help you modify exercises to work around common injuries, but safety is our top priority.
How much time do I need per day?
Most workouts are designed to be completed in 45-60 minutes, 4-5 times per week. We also include "Express" 20-minute sessions for busy days.
